Total Rewards Strategy & Design
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs aligned with company strategy and market benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading frameworks, and pay bands to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Design and manage short- and long-term incentive programs (e.g., performance bonuses, sales incentives) to drive performance and support business priorities.
Performance & Rewards Framework
- Oversee and continuously improve performance management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, 360° feedback) to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between performance outcomes and reward mechanisms.
Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Provide insights through compensation analysis and workforce cost analytics to support salary reviews, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Support workforce planning through data-driven recommendations on compensation and headcount costs.
Governance & Operations Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end C&B operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement (execution handled by C&B Executive).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and social/health/unemployment insurance (SHUI).
- Review and validate payroll reports, audit documentation, and related processes.
Benefits & Vendor Management
- Oversee health insurance and wellbeing programs, including vendor selection, performance review, and program enhancements.
- Ensure effective communication and a positive employee experience related to benefits programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, SHUI regulations, and Personal Income Tax.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and highly data-driven mindset, with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
• Curious, continuously seeks improvement and system optimization.
• Emotional resilience; open-minded and receptive to feedback.
• Exposure to Mercer’s job leveling methodologies (e.g., IPE/Global Grading) and sales incentive frameworks.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong presentation skills, able to prepare proposals and influence internal stakeholders.
• Prefer manufacturing background.
