2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Total Rewards Strategy – Compensation & Benefits Operations
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs in alignment with company strategy and market benchmarks.
- Develop, review, and regularly update salary structures, job grading systems, and pay bands to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs (e.g., performance bonuses, project rewards, sales incentives) to drive motivation and support business objectives.
- Provide insights through compensation analysis and workforce cost analytics to support salary reviews, ad-hoc adjustments, and workforce planning decisions.
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, 360-degree feedback) to foster accountability, growth, and a high-performance culture.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations, including payroll, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), and related compliance matters.
- Manage health insurance and employee wellbeing programs, including vendor management, employee communication, issue resolution, and program enhancements.
- Prepare and provide accurate reports and documentation for internal reviews and external payroll or compliance audits.
3. REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI regulations, and Personal Income Tax.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Logical, detail-oriented, and highly data-driven mindset with solid business acumen.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Curious mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and system optimization.
- Emotional resilience; open-minded and receptive to feedback.
Nice-to-have
- Experience or exposure to Mercer’s job leveling methodologies (e.g., IPE / Global Grading) and sales incentive frameworks.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and influence internal stakeholders.
