II. Role Description

• Issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Record and reconcile incoming payments in the system.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

• Track payment guarantees, including due dates and related documents.

• Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions or discrepancies.

• Work with Sales and Finance teams to handle payment issues efficiently.

• Maintain AR records and prepare regular reports.

• Support month-end and year-end closing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

• Assist with audit requests when needed.

• Take on other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

III. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable. Experience using ERP systems in construction and installation companies is preferred.

• Be able to work independently and work in a team to meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented, honest, meticulous, proactive & progressive.

• Have can do attitude.
