II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Our products: Energy solutions, generator, ATS cabinet, synchronouscabinet, alternator,…

2. Key responsibilities:

  • Reach target of sales according to the goals of the team and the company.
  • Closely work with product & sales team (internal) & customers (external).
  • Establish relationships with potential customers and get enquires for new products.
  • New product kick-off and presentation.
  • Create strong network toward the industry to all different partners such as end-user, contractor, consultant, etc.
  • Maintain good relationship with current customers.
  • Willingness to travel and a strong drive to develop business.
  • Participate in sales events to grow awareness and pipeline - such as trainings, technical workshops, IoT, etc.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical equipment, industrial projects, machinery, MEP, HVAC systems, generators, construction machinery, or premium automotive sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers).  
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation and persuation skills.  
  • Resilient, proactive, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing to travel frequently and engage in fieldwork.
