II. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are  seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in  both HR Operations and People Engagement initiatives. You’ll support the team in daily administrative tasks while also contributing to internal culture and talent attraction efforts.

Key  Responsibilities:

1.  Administration (50%)

- Handle purchasing and payment for office operations.

- Manage office documents and invoices related to operational expenses; prepare and raise expense reports accordingly.

- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for maintenance and repair when office issues arise.

- Ensure the administration and logistics support provided to staff members in terms of accommodation and flight bookings.

2. Employer  Branding, Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition (50%)

- Assist in organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as job fairs, webinars and employee engagement activities.

- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website and internal communications.

- Develop creative ideas for employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews,conducting reference checks and onboarding new employees.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.

- Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Familiar with workplace coordination, basic administrative workflows, and social media is a plus.

- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.

- Be proactive & progressive.

IV. OTHER INFORMATION

1. Working time: Mon-Fri, Flexible working hours.

2. Working place: Bluesky 3 Tower, 01 Bach Dang Str., Ward 2, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
