As HR Manager, you play apivotal role in shaping how people and business grow together. This is not arole of maintaining processes — it’s about building them. You will designpractical systems that scale, strengthen our ability to attract and retaintalent, and guide a capable HR team toward international standards.
With direct access to leadership, support to test new ideas, and the trust tomake decisions, you’ll have both the responsibility and the runway to turn yourexpertise into lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Oversee recruitment for technical andsales roles critical to revenue.
• Design sourcing strategies beyond jobboards: hunting, technical communities, referrals, and university partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to refinerole profiles and interview quality.
• Diagnose and resolve recruitment blockers(delays, unclear requirements, offer rejections).
• Build recruitment metrics to reducetime-to-fill for critical roles
2. Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with CEO and leadership team toalign HR strategy with business goals
• Design and implement HR policies thatbalance compliance with exceptional employee experience
• Build business cases for talentinvestments and HR technology
• Establish HRBP model to support keybusiness units (Devices, Services, General)
3. People Development & Culture
• Coach managers on performance management,feedback, and team development
• Create career path frameworks foremployees
• Launch learning initiatives (technicaltraining, leadership development, cross-functional projects)
• Drive engagement initiatives that moveretention metrics
4. HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee compensation & benefitsstrategy, payroll processing, and annual salary reviews
• Ensure labor law compliance, manageinsurance and social benefits
• Handle employee relations issues withfairness and discretion
• Payroll and benefits administrationhandled by HR team member
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Management or HR or related field
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with atleast 2–3 years in a managerial role (HR Manager or equivalent).
o In-depth understanding of HR managementand functional HR models, with strong expertise in Recruitment as mandatoryrequirement
o Deep expertise in HR management systemsand tools.
o Strong business acumen and understandingof business operations.
