I. Company Description

II. Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern who is interested in developing a long-term career in Compensation & Benefits (C&B). This role offers a structured learning path: in the initial stage, you will build a strong foundation through HR administrative and operational tasks. Based on performance, you will gradually be exposed to C&B-related activities such as payroll data handling, reporting, and HR systems.

A. Compensation & Benefit (30%)

• Support in maintaining and organizing employee records as a foundation for payroll and C&B processes.

• Assist in preparing and consolidating basic data for payroll, attendance, and HR reports (under supervision).

• Arrange, verify, and manage labor contracts, appendices, and related documentation.

• Support C&B documentation and participate in process improvement tasks when applicable.

B. Talent Acquisition (20%)

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

• Assist in employer branding content for recruitment channels when required.

C. Administration (50%)

• Support daily HR operations to ensure smooth and accurate administrative processes across departments.

• Manage and organize HR and office-related documents (contracts, invoices, records) in a structured and compliant manner.

• Assist in tracking and preparing expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support office operations, maintenance, and service delivery.

• Provide logistical support for employees (e.g., travel arrangements, accommodation) when required.

III. Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Compensation & Benefits / HR Operations.

• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and administrative processes.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel (basic functions, data handling).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.

• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a structured environment.

• Comfortable starting with operational and administrative tasks as a foundation for long-term career growth.

IV. Others

1. Internship duration:  3–6 months (depending on performance)

2. Working location: Bluesky 3 Tower, 1 Bach Dang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Planned relocation to Sala, District 2 – former District 2 area)

3. Working time: Mon-Fri, Flexible working hours
