II. JOB DESCRIPTION

Play the role of Logistics Coordinator between the Company, the Suppliers/ Customers and Forwarders toensure on-time delivery at optimized costs. The role includes but is notlimited to:

1. Import and exportoperation

- External partners(Forwarders/ Brokers/ Custom/ Suppliers/ Customers…):

• Handle shippingoperation incl. booking vessels, following shipping schedule, shippingdocuments, customs clearance & solve related problems

• Verify BL, PL, CO, CQ,HS Code, Custom Clearance Docs

• Settle payment forforwarders, logistics brokers…

• Occasionally work withCustom for related issues (1-2 times per year)

- Internal partners:

• Check TCO (Total cost ofownership) of sales orders

• Keep track and provideoriginal shipping docs to relevant departments

• Control the minimumprice variance between the actual and standard cost

• Manage and reviewforwarder list by quarterly/ bi-annual bidding

• Advise Viet Namregulation about inbound & outbound logistics

• Explore the TCO modulein ERP system

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned byline manager

2. Local logisticscoordination

• Plan and schedule dailytransportation routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods

• Optimize transportationroutes to minimize costs and improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance withall transportation regulations and company policies

• Maintain accuraterecords of transportation activities, including delivery logs and maintenancerecords

• Ensure all necessarydocumentation, such as delivery receipts and invoices, is completed accurately

• Monitor driverperformance and provide feedback to improve efficiency

• Identify opportunitiesto improve delivery processes and implement best practices

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned byline manager

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree inLogistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

• Proven experience inimport export operation, logistics coordination, or a related role

• Have knowledge ofIncoterms in international trade

• Familiarity with localdelivery routes and traffic regulations

• Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities

• Logical and criticalthinking, detail oriented, open-minded

• English fluency inwriting and verbal

• High integrity, highlyorganized and committed to deadline

IV. OTHER INFORMATION

1. Probation time: 2 months.

2. Working time: 8hrs/day (5 working days/week), flexible working hours.

3. Working place: Bluesky 3 Tower, 01 Bach Dang Str., Ward 2, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
