Yesterday, July 29th, 2010, Huu Toan Joint Stock Company officially signed the contract of Yanmar Engine’s distribution in Vietnam market. Representatives from Yanmar Company, Mr Naoya Umegaki, Yanmar’s Chief Executive Officer and a number of Yanmar’s high-ranking officers met and signed contract on Yanmar Engine’s Official Distribution in Vietnam with Huu Toan Company.

Some general provisions of contribution contract:
- After the contract is signed, Huu Toan Company will officially become the unique distributor in of Yanmar Engine.
- Huu Toan will be allowed to decide on and implement the promotion programs and develop the distribution system for Yanmar’s Product in Vietnam.
- Huu Toan will also become OEM in the field of manufacturing power generators. Becoming the official distributor of Yanmar in Vietnam is considered the promise for the further study and development of machines and equipment for agriculture area, contributing to the development of the national agriculture’s mechanization.
