In the current economy, rubber resins with many applications in almost all industries such as: medicine, industrial manufacturing tires, plastic… The above resins can be compared as “white gold” matter extracted from rubber trees.

Realizing the great potential development of industry of growing and processing rubber latex, from 2004 with the guideline of multi-industry development, the Board of Directors of company has invested nearly 25 billion VND in the rubber plantation in Binh Phuoc province. Huu Toan rubber plantation with an area has been continuously expanded from 80 hectares in 2004 to the present total area for growing “white gold” of over 250 hectares of the company. Last May, the Joint Stock company officially put into exploitation of nearly 180 hectares of rubbers trees with the total harvested amount of latex of about 18 tons of raw latex. The above amount of latex may increase much more in the next “rainy season”, and it is expected that after the harvest 2010, the total harvested amount of raw latex is 150 – 200 tons.

With the above impetus, Huu Toan Company plans to continuously plant trees with more than 250 hectares and make the total area of the plantation up to 500 hectares as well as expand investment in industry of processing natural rubber latex. In the future, this will be one of the main supporting industries which is the solid premise for Huu Toan JSC to continuously invest and develop the mechanical manufacturing industry – the leading industry of the company. Besides the certain economic effects, at the present Huu toan rubber plantation is also one of the big companies contributing a part of resolving jobs for hundreds local employees in Bu Dop District, Binh Phuoc province. Also, every year Huu Toan company spend a certain part of budget for the work of building the house of love and preparing the Tet holiday for the ethnic minorities in the local area where Huu Toan plantation is operating.
