Huu Toan Company – Expanding the scope of mechanical workshop
Since the demand of consumed electricity to serve production and business activities is dramatically increasing and electrical generators have been very familiar to customers. Due to the reason, working shifts at Huu Toan Factory are always increased to produce “ back up energy resource“ for market.
To solve the mentioned situation, Huu Toan officially put Cresting and Welding Workshop with the area of 2,000 square meters into operation in October 2009. The new workshop is the combination of closed semi- finished product production line and the proper arrangement of specified machines and equipments. Additionally, one vibrator and one Amada cutter at the values of VND 7 million were bought for the workshop.
This new investment partially contributes to reduce waste in production process and improves the working conditions for workers, reduce time and distance to transport processed products. Accordingly, which helps increase production capacity by 25%/year.
Besides, basing on the plan of the year 2010, a modern electro static coasting line will be equipped to improve more quality of Huu Toan’s products and
prestige of its trademark in Vietnamese market. |
